Meet and GreetPark Mark Award

Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park, take the middle lane signed Short Stay Car Park and Meet & Greet. At the entry barrier press the ticket request button and take a ticket. Drive straight ahead, then bear left following signs

What is the pick-up procedure?

When you return walk back to the car park's reception to collect your car. They'll give you a ticket to insert into the machine when you exit.

What security measures does the car park have?

CCTV and holds the Park Mark Secure Parking award.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

Your booking will be subject to the car park's terms and conditions Height Restriction: 2 meters

As previous picked car up,in good condition and parked well, but only complaint was that I found that whoever drove the car back to car park had entered the car into DYNAMIC mode which I found to be totally unnecessary for the distance the car was driven.

Seamless from drop off to pick up. The staff even those on late at night were friendly and very efficient. We use FHR were it provides Meet & Greet at any airport and the service continues to be exemplary.

Easy access to departures,the meeting office is 50 yards away,polite service out bound and inbound,had to change my arrival time and day, absolutely no problems, would recommend to anyone who is flying EMA to use it, wasn't much more expensive than the other parking, ðŸ‘Â

Fantastic . So easy to find . Used a few times and never had any problems .turned up, parked the car , dropped the key off and went . Took 2 minutes . On the way back we Walked out got the key and car was there waiting .couldn't be any easier . Thank you

Directions for Meet and Greet

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

Arriving at the car park
Drive to the Meet and Greet car park and head to the barrier, which will photograph the condition of your car and lift automatically. Park in one of the arrival bays near the meet and greet reception and head inside to check in your car. Hand over your keys to a member of the team and a fully insured driver will park it for you at a secured site while you're away.

From there take the short 2-minute walk to departures.

Returning to the car park
When you return walk back to the car park's reception to collect your car. They'll give you a ticket to insert into the machine when you exit.

Accessibility
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility as a shuttle bus isn't required. However the car park is unable to accept adapted vehicles. If you need any assistance let the car park know before you arrive.

The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Questions

Are roofbox ok along as overall height is under 3 meters? As long as the overall height is under 3 metres you will be fine with the roofbox.
How can I confirm where the car will be parked and where can I check that you do hold the park mark award claimed?Thank youThe cars are parked at one of the official on airport car parks which all have a park mark award. You can check on britishparking.co.uk
