Very impressed by the ease of parking. Number plate recognition worked perfectly on entry/exit from the car park. Sat nav coordinates on the booking confirmation email took us straight to the car park. Only a short walk to the departure lounge. Would definitely use again.

Car park I booked was full and wasn't letting anyone in so had to use another further away and take a token on entry . On my return the barrier wouldn't let me out without paying ! I finally managed to get some one to let me out when he finally found my booking.

The reservation process and communication was excellent. My only reservation is that the car park itself was extremely packed and it was difficult to find a parking space.

Hard to find a space. No boards with information on buses. The disabled spaces are not signposted we came upon them by accident. The disabled spaces are a 15 minute walk to the edge of the terminal. A long way when you have bags

Excellent service. I hadn't read the instructions properly about the system recognising my number plate when I entered and took a token but the lady on the other end of the tannoy sorted this out for me straight away when I left. Excellent service and good value.

I always use this car park as its within walking distance of terminal for those able to carry luggage and avoids need for connecting buses especially for very early / late flights.

Directions for Short Stay 3

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

Important

During hot weather we recommend that removing all alcohol-based hand sanitiser products from vehicles when they are not occupied as they pose a risk of igniting and causing a fire.

Getting here
On arrival at the airport main entrance, please turn left at the roundabout and then follow signs to Short Stay 3.

If using sat nav please ensure you input the following coordinates exactly in order to reach the entrance: N52.823814 W1.333670

On arrival at the car park:
Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking
On exiting the car park:
Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you (which will be the ref. starting EH in the comments section of your voucher) and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken
