What is the drop-off procedure?

Park in one of the bays outside the reception, then head inside to the check in desk . Show your confirmation and the staff will allocate you a parking space and you will be given a receipt. You can then take your keys or if you prefer you can leave your keys if you prefer. The courtesy bus service will then take you to Bus Stand 7 at the terminal to the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.

Night, 13th of June, we've been waiting for pick up from airport over 40 minutes. After multiple tries (me and other clients) of contact with parking crew (calls, texts) nobody answered a phone or texted us back. One lady was waiting over an hour. We all decided to take a taxi and get to the parking office. When we get there, the crew was saying that the phone was never ringing but they even didn't checked a voicmail. Luckily for all of us it was a pretty much warm night.

Easy to book. Had to change car booked in no issue. Car parked by self in space pointed out by staff. Dropped off at airport short walk to terminal. Phoned on arrival back picked up within 10 mins. Collected car. No issues. Value for money . Would use again

Going on holiday was first class service. But on way home we had to wait 40 minutes it was cold and there was a woman in wheelchair next to us and she was cold and tired. As I said on way there was good as there was more than one bus transporting people to airport but on way back there was only one we couldn’t get on first trip so we had to wait till it went back with a full bus they obviously had to get there luggage and then a full bus on way to get us, why when they knew how many people booked was there only one bus

I always use this service. The staff are always wonderful. Very friendly and efficient. This time it was packed being Easter. Although they were full to capacity this didn’t affect the service given. Never have to wait long to be picked up and car was ready and waiting for us. Just what we needed after a long day. Would highly recommend low cost. Keep up the good work. Directions for Low Cost Parking

Arrival Procedure

You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.

From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.

Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.

On return

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
