The parking and transport to and from the airport were very good and the price was excellent. The only slight criticism was that the directions to the park were not very clear and we missed the turning at first.

The day I left I got a taxi to the airport as waiting to get the bus may have taken too long. There was a large cue snd had already been there half an hour and one 13 seater bus seemed to be running. Did not want to wait about as I was not going to get on the next bus or the one after that. I suppose you get what you pay for. I would look at other car parks first before parking there.

Although we phoned in plenty of time after collection of cases we had to wait in pouring rain (as no shelter at pick up point 7 ) for a long period to get picked up

Excellent service. Got us there well on the despite the busy traffic when we were traveling. Car was well looked after and lovely to have it waiting on our return - no hunting and trying to remember where it was parked. Would definitely use them again.

Car park is easy to find and we have used numerous times before my only issue was having to wait nearly half an hour from calling to say we were at the stand. Why ask for return flight numbers if these are not used to monitor live arrivals. Only 5 mins after another passenger calling to chase minibus did it arrive. Other than that I have not had any issues using this carpark

The whole experience was good. The whole operation was efficient checked in was straight forward, short wait for the bus to the airport. Pickup was equally good. The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. No problems what so ever.

There was too long a wait for the shuttle bus on return. Also the step up to the bus was too high for someone with impaired mobility (not just wheelchair users).

You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.
From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.
On return
On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.
All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
