No problem for finding a space for parking. Finding the pick up stance at the airport in the dark was a little bit difficult.

Good all round experience . Easy booking system , good price , easy park up and friendly bus driver. Slightly longer walk to terminal building especially for someone who may have some mobility issues . Would not hesitate to use again though or recommend to friends and family.

When we arrived at Plane Parking the barrier did not rise.I had prebooked our parking.. In hindsight I should probably have pressed the help button..I pressed the ticket machine...when we got back was advised you owe £250.00...Pressed the help button supplied my registration number and barrier was lifted with no charge

Only 2 bus stops in the whole park, once dropped off at a bus stop had to walk half a mile to my car with two heavy suitcases and hand luggage, need another couple of bus stops in my opinion , otherwise was ok. But definitely need more bus stops, to far to walk, asked the driver if he could drop us near our car, but he refused, if this could get resolved , would use all the time !

Disappointed to be asked for £45 extra on leaving the car park. Booked 5 days parking and arrived back 30 mins before the deadline. The guard sorted things out but unfortunately this is the second time this has happened to us. The bus driver was very pleasant and a good shelter to wait in. I will use again but if the same happens it will be the last.

This upgraded version of the old Plane Parking location is excellent the buses are very frequent and it's only a short distance to drop off behind the airport tram stop. My only criticism is I think 2 bus stops is insufficient and 4 would be better especially if raining.

We did find the "plane parking" car park a bit difficult to find, but luckily we had plenty time to find it. It will not be a problem next time. The mini busses were regular and the drivers very helpful. However after returning from our holiday 2 weeks later we tried to drive out of car park and on putting ticket into machine it told us we owed £400!! As you can imagine our hearts dropped and we started to think we had been parked in the wrong car park. We phoned the help at the barrier and it turned out that they did not recognise our reg no. Now we booked this park last summer, changed our car in Dec. I edited our confirmation on line with our new reg no. The company confirmed back our new no. but somewhere there was a break down in communication. It was not a problem when we told them our old reg no. but this was a very worrying few minutes which could have been avoided. However having said all that we would definitely use this company again.

NEW LOCATION FROM JUNE 2022 - 10 MIN TRANSFER - BUSES EVERY 12 MINUTESPlease note: Postcode EH12 9DN is for the airport, please ensure you follow the below directions or use GPS coordinates 55.946071, -3.346477
Located at the Airport with great views of the East runway.
Catch the bus to the terminal. Buses run every 12 mins, and drops-off and picks up at East Terminus.
Coming from the A8 Glasgow Road, along Eastfield Road, follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport and at the roundabout at the Moxy / DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel turn right, and take the third exit
Go past the car rental centre and over the tram tracks
Once over the tram tracks, there is another roundabout. Take the third exit and continue along the road following signs for Plane Parking.
On arrival
Drive up to the barriers and the ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system will read your vehicle registration number and automatically issue you with a ticket. The ticket will show your vehicle registration number, and this will correspond to the booking details we have for you on our system.
Once parked, please make your way to one of the two Plane Parking bus stops located within the car park.
The free shuttle bus arrives once every 12 minutes, with a short 10 minute journey to the terminal.
Customers who require PRM assistance should contact airport services, for assistance on arrival day.
Departure:
To exit the car park, drive up the barrier and insert your ticket. The system will check your details and the barrier will open. If there are any problems, press the intercom button to talk to our staff.
Make sure you have a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
Please note - don't turn off early and park in NCP Scotpark as this is not an Edinburgh Airport car park and your booking won't be valid.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 2 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 2 hour grace period on return. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Edinburgh Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £40 per day or part thereof (subject to change)

If you know in advance of your return that you do need to park for longer than your pre-booked period, you can also book the additional days ad times on the web site. You must make sure you book for the same car park. On return press the buzzer and quote both booking reference numbers.
