I left my car for 7 days and flew to malaga the directions to the carpark were good a bus toom me to terminal in 5 mins on return the same bus picked me up and within 10 mins of leaving Edinburgh terminal I was driving back to dundee great service and great price of £32.00

Only issue was when I put the ticket in to leave it came up with £198 charge to pay but sorted after I spoke with attendant. What can can be down to make this easier?

We had a problem when leaving because the ticket machine requested £120 for our stay, so vehicle registration number had not been recognised for some reason. 5 stars for staff member who sorted it out quickly for us. So long as the courtesy bus continues to be provided, then we will continue to use Plane Parking. Walking from Long Stay car park in the rain is unreasonable.

Car park was good with transport to the terminal unfortunately the car park we were supposed to use was not well sign posted and we went to the further away one. Slight issue when we returned as the systems were down and we had to call the office to get the barrier lifted

On arrival at thr car park my receipt did not as on previous occasions have details of my booking and car registration. On notification I was assured that the details were correct and to provide my booking details to the staff via the intercom at the barrier. On my return I was told that I had to pay but everything was resolved on providing the details as advised. I was able to leave without any further payment. Thanks for you help and reassurance

Didn't recognise my number plate so issued with normal long stay parking ticket. Requested £308 on exit but managed to speak to someone that sorted the issue and raised the barrier for me to exit.

Stayed in Long stay, 2 cars! it was a challenge finding a parking place at 6.30am but the booking in and out went very well and a good price. So 3 stars for arrival and 5 stars for our return.

Spaces very narrow and had to let passenger out to allow for parking. Had changed car on booking a month before journey and when exiting car park they attempted to charge me over £400 as they didn’t have a record of me booking eventually sorted out when we realised that fhr hadn’t informed car park of the change! Supposed to be a 10min walk to airport (previously a shuttle) and it was more like 20mins even as a fit and able adult

I like the fact that you take your keys with you. Trying to find a parking space was terrible. It had signs pointing to spaces but when you got there, there were no spaces. Had to keep driving up and down until we eventually got one. Will not be using this car park again.

Way there was easy but on leaving they wanted payment of £330 to let me out, the booking had not been properly updated, problem sorted in a few minutes but that is second time this has happened when using FHR

Paid approx £33 for 5 days parking Plane was delayed by a couple of hours on return When exiting car park I was asked to pay £16.50 extra However thoughtful person was on duty and waived the charge Lesson - Put a couple of hours more on your reurn time !!!

The parking procedure is good. However, there is no longer a shuttle service. This wasn't too bad as the weather was fair albeit a struggle to pull luggage for 10 minutes to the terminal. If it had been raining it would have been a nightmare and sitting in an airport and then plane with wet clothes would have been awful. On this basis, it is unlikely I will book again until the shuttle is reinstated.

On arriving at Plane Parking site at Edinburgh Airport, there was a sign at the barrier informing us that we had been "upgraded" to the long stay parking. This involved reversing out of the arrival lane,thank goodness there was no one behind us,and driving back to the long stay. Round and round that car park we went,looking for available spaces,following all the signs,and after 15 mins returned back to what we thought was the office,to discover that there was no one there. After going to the intercom at the entrance and pressing the help button,the bloke checked the cameras,and told us to park in the pick up/drop off zone. Obviously there were no ordinary parking spaces. All in all,not a very satisfactory experience, totally disorganised and lacking in communication. Don't think I'll use again.

Easy to find, no waiting for shuttle busses simply walk to and fro between the car park and terminal a big plus especially on return flight when you just want to get on the road. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will use again myself, excellent value for money.

NEW LOCATION FROM JUNE 2022 - 10 MIN TRANSFER - BUSES EVERY 12 MINUTESPlease note: Postcode EH12 9DN is for the airport, please ensure you follow the below directions or use GPS coordinates 55.946071, -3.346477
Located at the Airport with great views of the East runway.
Catch the bus to the terminal. Buses run every 12 mins, and drops-off and picks up at East Terminus.
Coming from the A8 Glasgow Road, along Eastfield Road, follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport and at the roundabout at the Moxy / DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel turn right, and take the third exit
Go past the car rental centre and over the tram tracks
Once over the tram tracks, there is another roundabout. Take the third exit and continue along the road following signs for Plane Parking.
On arrival
Drive up to the barriers and the ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system will read your vehicle registration number and automatically issue you with a ticket. The ticket will show your vehicle registration number, and this will correspond to the booking details we have for you on our system.
Once parked, please make your way to one of the two Plane Parking bus stops located within the car park.
The free shuttle bus arrives once every 12 minutes, with a short 10 minute journey to the terminal.
Customers who require PRM assistance should contact airport services, for assistance on arrival day.
Departure:
To exit the car park, drive up the barrier and insert your ticket. The system will check your details and the barrier will open. If there are any problems, press the intercom button to talk to our staff.
Make sure you have a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
Please note - don't turn off early and park in NCP Scotpark as this is not an Edinburgh Airport car park and your booking won't be valid.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 2 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 2 hour grace period on return. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Edinburgh Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £40 per day or part thereof (subject to change)

If you know in advance of your return that you do need to park for longer than your pre-booked period, you can also book the additional days ad times on the web site. You must make sure you book for the same car park. On return press the buzzer and quote both booking reference numbers.
