What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Good price - was certainly cheaper than others. Communications and Directions were spot on. Arrival process was quick and smooth - transport was waiting to take us to our terminal at Gatwick airport. Only slight downside was that we waited around 30 minutes (expected around 15-20 mins wait) for the transport to collect us from the airport to get back to the office to collect our car.

All was well until we got to the car and found that we had a large crack on the driver's side of the wind screen and we were told that cover for this is not included under the car park terms. A Complaint / Damage Report Form was completed by Bianca, who took photographs of the damage and we were notified that it would take up to seven days for customer services to contact us. We wait to hear from you on this matter.

A wonderful greeting from the lady in the office, very happy and helpful…. Followed by a personable driver Nittin who was jolly and even gave us a tour guide on the way to the terminal, kids loved it. On the return I called the office and another wonderfully helpful lady answered and said “I’ll call you back once the driver is on his way so you don’t stand in the cold with the children”…. Was there within 15 mins and swift transfer back…. My car was parked close to the drop off and the whole experience was positive!

Excellent service as usual, no waiting for travel to and from the airport. Had to return early to Gatwick because of the Corona Virus. I emailed Cophall Parking the day before to advise them of this, and my car was ready for collection on return. Very happy and will always use Cophall Parking in the future.

I have used this service many times, I have only positive things to say about this service. I have always tell them when I am a lone female travelling, which is most of the time., and it relieves me from having to drive onto the actual airport, with the stress that can involve.

Combined Hilton and Cophall Parking was excellent value and service. Prompt transfer to and from airport about 10-15 mins each way. On return one tyre slightly flat Parking personnel promptly reflated it. Would book again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
