Very good experience parking here for my holiday trip. Easy to find using Google maps. Drop off no problem and transfer to the airport straight away. On way back easy to find stop for pick up and quick arrival of bus to take me to car park. Would I use it again? YES

Insufficient and small vans for drop off. Had to wait approximately 30 mins. Given that the numbers are known in advance this is poor service/management. We were dropped at south terminal but the other passengers in the mini-van with us had the unnecessary extension to their north terminal journey. Pick up started ok as driver came in 10 minutes but he was asked by the office to wait once we were on board for some other passengers. Fortunately after 5 minutes the driver, sensing the unfairness, took the decision to drive back without a further delay. Office staff friendly; drivers looked tired and were disinterested.

Outward experience was 5-star. Getting picked up from North terminal took approx. 40 minutes from time of first call. In the 40 minutes, one minibus stopped at station 6 to off-load passengers but wouldn’t take any on-board as he said a pick-up bus was due in the next couple of minutes. Twenty minutes later, another one came to station 6, stopped and then drive straight off. Another passenger said that the phone was put down on them when they called to ask about delayed pick-up.

Great service, we had our return flight cancelled. Emailed them with the details and received a quick reply and the situation was sorted. Called when we returned, met within 10 minutes and the car was there waiting for us. Easy and quick. Will definitely use again

We have used Cophall Parking Gatwick( via FHR ) for some years. They are always competitively priced, courteous, and are close to the airport terminals (15min transfer time). Most importantly we can be confident our vehicle will be looked after and kept in a secure place .

Easy of booking and the staff were friendly and efficient at the car park, who made the whole process very easy. On return, we were picked up within 10 mins. One improvement which they should make- have a tyre pump handy as I had a slow puncture and could not inflate the tyre. The air pump at the nearest petrol station, about 2 miles, did not work.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
