What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Easy peasy parking. Just pull in and park at the side of the building. go to reception and book in and board the bus to the airport. When you get back through security and bag claim, ring the parking people and they will get your car out ready for when you catch the bus back. The transfer bus is free and there is always one ready and waiting. And they are reasonably priced. We will always use Cophall.

Very effective and efficient service. Prompt registration on arrival. Clean comfortable transport (mini bus). Had early morning departing flight - was in terminal within 20 minutes. On return flight (early afternoon arrival) was in my own car and on way home within 30 minutes. Car was parked within a few yards of reception in designated area - didn't have to walk through rows of parked cars to get to mine. Highly recommended - would use again.

Parking and pick-up were excellent as usual. I would just like to make one small observation that it may be worth passing on to the people at Cophall Parking. When I collected the car on my return from holiday one of the wing mirrors had been pushed in towards the window, I guess to stop anybody knocking into it. Whilst I appreciate this is a very good idea, unfortunately the wing mirrors on my car are electrically operated and under no circumstances should they be pushed in manually as this can wreck the electric mechanism. I am pleased to say that on this occasion no damage was done but I will be leaving a note in the car when I park at Cophall again in October advising the driver to use the electric switch to move the wing mirrors to the folded position.

We use this car park 3- 4 times a year. Always very good , no matter what time day or night , the staff are exceptional. The whole operation is so well run. They have had a recent refurbishment. - works well. Never have to wait long for. transfers.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
