What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Good as usual. Our flight was slightly late but we're told that wasn't a problem & to be at bus stops 6 or 7 in about 15 mins. We were quick, about 5 mins & there was a bus at stop 8, so assumed this wasn't for us. After another 15 mins a bus arrived but the driver said he hadn't got us on his list but rang the office to sort things out & one came within another 10. Mix ups happen & the whole team were very professional, helpful & polite.

waited 45 mins on return for ccar to be bought from holding area at back to front car park the office staff thought that it had been bought round but was told on return they were just bringing round but got mixed up . apart from this little hiccup we found the service and set up excellent and would use again but next time be more onto staff about car return from holding area.

I have used Cophall Parking Gatwick previously (when they were called Cophall Farm) and always found them particularly efficient at whisking you away quickly to the airport and collecting on arrival back into the UK. They didn't disappoint this time either. Highly recommend them.

I have been a regular user of Cophall for many years (10+ trips each year) and I have noticed that since it re-vamped the frequency of buses seems to have reduced. this time when i left my car, i was the only person in the minibus and the driver said we would wait a few minutes to see if anyone else arrived. This stretched to a quarter of an hour with me sitting in the bus and the driver hanging around in the office. No other passengers arrived and in the end I had to go into the office and ask to leave now as i had a plane to catch. Returning last night, the bus took 22 minutes to arrive from the time I rang them. This is too long to wait and particularly annoying when you watch 2 or 3 buses from one competitor come and go whilst waiting for the Cophall one to arrive.

Actual booking-in, handing over keys and parking is fine, quick and efficient. I would comment that it would be better to have a 'Cophall Parking Entrance' warning sign (illuminated at night) located about 100 metres in advance of the actual entrance, because the car park entrance is set back from the road. A useful addition would be to have a luggage weighing machine so that customers may confirm the weight of their luggage before the flight.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
