What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

it was all so easy. We arrived at the place and were on the minibus within ten minutes and went straight to airport. On way back we phoned the number and they collected us within 10 minutes. Excellent experience would definately use them again.

We have used your services a few times now and they seem to have got better each time. This most recent holiday went very smoothly, with minimal waiting and when we found on arrival at the terminal that we had left someting important in our car, your staff were very quick to put the item on the next coach so that we were able to collect it after quite a short wait. Also, on arriving back at your premises after our holiday, your staff returned an item which we had unknowingly dropped during our initial departure. We will certainly be using your services in the future.

Once again we had a seamless transition from Cophall to Gatwick with the pickup the same. The pickup occurred only minutes after the phone all after picking up our luggage, a firstclass service.

I couldn't fault Cophall Parking, Gatwick. Everything went according to plan, both at our arrival at Cophall prior to our departure flight, and then on our return, when we phoned as instructed from the airport, and were promptly collected. All the staff we met were extremely pleasant - an excellent start and end to our family holiday in Iceland.

Very satisfied with the service provided. Difficult to say how it could be improved apart from actually parking at the airport itself. Staff were all helpful and friendly, and we would use Copthorne again.

Pick up on return (in the early hours of the morning) could be better. Had some difficulty finding the correct bus stop at North Terminal and a bit of a wait for collection (about 10 -15 mins). Car was not ready on arrival at Cophall but came shortly after we had collected the keys.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
