What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Dropping the car off and transfer to Gatwick South airport at 2am was great. However, being collected. As advised by the Cophall office I called them when we were collecting our luggage and was told to wait at bus stop 7 or 8 and a driver would leave then to collect me and my husband. A driver arrived five minutes after we arrived at the stop and although there was room, refused to take us as the people that had called before apparently had only told him there were three of them when there were five!!! We then had to wait a further fifteen minutes which meant we were 40 minutes later by the time we returned to the carpark. This made a big difference to our journey on the M25!!!!

Smooth service. We were in the bus to the airport within a few minutes, and the pick-up only took about 5 minutes to arrive as well with the car waiting for us on arrival

Superb. We got everything we expected; we arrived early and that wasn't a problem. The drivers were very courteous and helpful. The reception staff were very direct but efficient, too. Would definitely use this service again. However, I might organise myself a bit better next time as I booked a little late and the cost was fairly expensive.

We have used your service many times, and as always : Booking procedure was easy and fast. Drivers were courteous, helpful and efficient. Office based staff friendly and also very efficient. Reason for only 4 stars: a six or maybe eight inch square of bird dropping on the rear window and bodywork - bird must have been huge !, where a simple wipe with a cloth / hot water could have solved this. I note that you take great pains to check the car over upon arrival - is there no check before the car is relased back to us ?

We recently used Cophall Parking Gatwick for a three day break departing from the Gatwick North Terminal. The staff were friendly and courteous and upon our arrival were kind enough to arrange for the driver to take us to the terminal straight away as we had had car problems and were running late. I would used Cophall again although we only saved £7 by not parking at Gatwick Terminal and am unsure whether the transfer time out rules the additional cost of parking closer to your departure.

Arrived very early on Sat 9th August only to discover I had booked the car in for the following Saturday in error. However the girl on the desk was so nice and changed the booking for that day without making me feel any more daft than I already did. Efficient service and return was just as smooth. Definitely recommend

The service and efficiency were excellent. The only drawback was the distance from the airport, but provided your prices remain competitive, I will certainly use Cophall Parking again.

Overall easy transaction and value for money. Only one comment. The wait for the transport from the car park to Gatwick was too long. We were told it was on demand no wait which wasn't the case on the outbound. Inbound we called and were told to wait at an area and transport turned up within minutes with passengers. This was much better although not sure if we were just lucky. Everything else was fine and would use again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
