What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Family of 4 split between 2 buses on the journey from the compound to airport departure terminal (due to some sort of of a delay in the earlier bus runs). Other than that, a friendly and efficient service. Would use again. Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy drop-off process and very quick pick up from airport with the car ready and waiting at the depot for a hassle free drive home after a long day. Very happy with everything and will use Cophall Parking again next time I fly from Gatwick.

The parking is rather further from the Terminal (South) than anticipated. The advertised transfer time is 10 minutes but it took much longer. The price was slightly cheaper than nearer providers but not sufficiently so for me to book again.

Good service. Did exactly what it said on the can. Have used before and will certainly expect to use again. (Just as a thought - while waiting at Gatwick for your bus, at a stop with quite a few other people waiting too, found myself wondering how you expect to prioritise (in terms of who you pick up first) if there are too many people for one bus. I (and maybe others too?) might find it re-assuring to know that, if in doubt, your driver has some basis of knowing the order in which customers can expect him/her to pick them up rather than risk getting into any undignified 'jostle' for position...)

Good service, and not far from the airport. Only concern is that the bus did not wait for me at the bus stop, so I had to ring the company again when I saw it pass me and wait a further 15 minutes before the next one came out. This wouldn't normally be a problem, except it was 1 in the morning.

I have used Cophall parking on a number of occasions and as always the booking process was quick and straightforward and the customer service was very good. Our flight was delayed by over four hours on the return journey but the pick up at the airport was efficient and our car was ready when we arrived back.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
