What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Cophall dealt with me efficiently as always even though FHR had sent them no confirmation of my online booking! 4 stars instead of 5 due to this inefficiency on FHRs part which panicked us at the beginning of our journey.

Good service, no long waits,should discount customers who remain loyal, as every body looks for cheapest parking on line, had to go through another company to get discount code and saved £20 by not going to your site. I have at least 2 holidays a year and have always used you and recommend others to you.

Brilliant, Fantastic, I used FHR at Heathrow and have just used the service at Gatwick , you park your car safely you get taken to the airport then brought back after your holiday or business trip it cannot be any easier, thank you to FHR. Regards David and Janice Brown

on the whole, very good. there was a bit of a delay in leaving on our outbound flight due to us having to wait for someone which in turn made the next hour and a half a little stressful. this is not to say that i wouldn't use you again as it is a very good service.

Excellent service, however we got lost arriving before departure, missed the correct turning at the last roundabout and then spent about 30 mins trying to find the parking. This may be because our flight was early morning and so it was fairly dark. Slightly cleaere directions would be helpful, detailing some local landmarks on the route.

I was very impressed with Cophall parking and would use them again. The reception staff delt with us straight away and there was a mini bus waiting to take us to the airport, on our return we phoned and within 10 mins there was a mini bus to take us back to our car.

Second year of using Cophall Parking and it is so easy. Drive in, drop off keys and on to the minibus to the airport. On return, just phone and the minibus picks you up. Collect keys and drive away. What more is required? Really nice, pleasant staff and transaction on the web so simple. Thanks, I'll be back.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
