What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Directions were supplied with confirmation email, spot-on. Friendly, helpful staff. Only downside to trip to airport was the company not having designated buses for each terminal. Will use again in the near future.

Thought the instructions were clear. Actually going through step by step to find location was terrible almost missed the flight however a woman we spoke to on the phone talked us through the directions and stayed on the phone all the way to the site. Rest of service was brilliant. Advice to others leave even earlier than planned and as postcode doesn't take you directly to the location get second set of directions don't use ones provided.

Efficient handling and courteous staff. Only downside is that buses are not that frequent at arrivals, so waited quite a while to be picked up compared to other companies.

This was our first time using this company. The company is very well-organised and everything from dropping off the car to collecting it again went smoothly and efficiently. It offers a secure car parking facility and excellent value for money for those choosing to leave their cars a few miles away from Gatwick and able to wait for up to about 15 minutes for airport transfers.

Most aspects met our requirements but would have liked to go straight to airport as opposed to waiting for other customers as time was of the essence! There was also a traffic hold up on way to airport and had to change route which added to journey. Obviously traffic hold up could not have been foreseen. Also on way back we sat at airport a good 10-15 mins before pick up, then proceeded to sit on bus while waiting for one of the meet & greet drivers to be picked up. All you want to do when you get back is get home as quick as possible. Every other aspect of service was fine so would be nice if these points could be tweaked.

As usual the service was efficient and the staff very helpful and pleasant. You promise a fast and efficient pick up and drop off service and you deliver. My only quibble was being dropped off so far away from N Terminal. In distance terms it wasn't miles to walk, but with luggage to carry and pull along it was a trek. This might not be your fault as you may not be able to drive right up to the terminal, but other coaches managed to drop passengers off at the entrance.

Left my car at the Cophall Parking Gatwick who were nothing but courteous, professional, well presented and very approachable and helpful. The parking requirements of our holiday were flawless with the transfers to and from the airport quick and readily available, even at the late hour on return. Many thanks to all the staff. Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
