What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

The overall service is excellent. I believe the car defect inspection should be conducted with the customer. Was kept waiting for a bit longer than necessary on return journey as driver had just dropped people off and then bumped into someone he knew and was having a good old natter. Will use this service again ++

Not happy about having to pay for a whole days parking when we picked the car up around 2 in the morning. The girl in the office said you never charged if collection was made before 5am however when I put in one day less the amount that came up was the same as what I had paid. Confusing

Very happy with service. Everything ran extremely smoothly and address easy to find. One tiny little complaint! It doesn't take much of an effort on the drivers part to say 'hello, did you have a good holiday,thank you and goodbye'. Small thing but doesn't cost anything either. Booked with Cophall Parking because it was the cheapest I could find - would highly recommend them for their efficiency and value for money. There was no waiting around for transfers, staff were helpful and polite and my car was well looked after.

The parking was fine, very easy arrivals process and the bus to the airport left with in 5 minutes of our arrival. The returns process wasn't quite so quick, we still had to wait about 20 minutes to be picked.

When I arrived on 1 May you couldn't find my reservation, but forttunately enough I had brought my printed out booking confirmation with me. There was no problem insofar as you couldn't find my booking on your system, but I wonder what the situation would have been if I hadn't brought said confirmation. Notwithstanding all the above, I have used your parking facilities many times now, and always find your services very competitive, and the courtesy bus service to and from the airport is always prompt and efficient. Overall, a 1st class service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services..

Yes, the service was very good. The only complaint was that there was a bus waiting at the bus stop. We indicated to the driver that we were customers but he was on his phone. When he finished his phone call. He got in the drivers seat ready to drive off without even acknowledging us, or informing us that another bus was on it's way. We found that very rude.

Service in Reception was polite and efficient and the drivers are courteous. However, I was kept waiting in the bus for 10 minutes before leaving the car park for the airport and then had to wait for a third bus before getting a lift back to the car park on my return.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
