What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Very easy process and the staff were very efficient. We liked the fact we could call once we'd landed so our car could be brought out to the front. This meant we didn't waste any time searching for it after a tiring flight. The shuttle bus drivers were friendly and chatty, from 5am to 1pm. We'd definitely recommend FHR and would use them again in the future.

Efficient service all round, both drop off at the airport and pick up. Desk staff are friendly and helpful. Our only niggle would be that the vans used for transfers are rather cramped.

THE OUT GOING CONNECTION WAS FINE HASSLE FREE AND VERY QUICK. THE RETURN WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL AFTER CALLING TO SAY WE HAD COLLECTED LUGGAGE HAD TO WAIT NEARLY 30 MINS FOR MINI BUS TO PICK US UP. HAVE USED MEET AND GREET BEFORE WILL GO BACK TO USING THEM.

A mini bus was waiting on a very wet morning at about 04.00hrs to take me to the north terminal, on my return at about 12.30hrs I contacted Cophall and was told to make my way to the pick up point and a mini bus would be dispatched to collect me. I waited about 5 minutes at the collection point when a mini bus arrived just for myself with a very pleasant driver. Well done all.

The parking was fine and the pickup was made in a reasonable time. My only complaint was that the changes to my flight times that I sent to FHR did not appear to have been sent to the car park.

The outward service was very good, but the time from phoning to being collected on the return journey was approximately 25 minutes, which I think is too long considering it was gone 22:00 when we landed and 23:00 by the time I got to my car. Both vehicles and drivers were very good; if they could shave some time off the waiting period on return (there is no traffic problem at (22:00), it would be an excellent service. This should be seen as a consrtuctive review - the price is excellent and the service very good.

Everything was fine car drop and pick smooth.Just one small problem was unsure where to pick up the bus on return should have realised it would be where we were dropped off maybe the driver could inform you of this when he drops you off at the airport.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
