What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

We always use this carpark because the staff are always so efficient and friendly. On this occasion the only complaint we have is that the car, upon collection, was not left by reception and we had to walk a distance in the rain to move it nearer ourselves. There was also more of a delay in picking us up once we had rung for collection, but perhaps we were just unlucky that there were no buses actually at Gatwick at the time of our arrival so we had to wait until one was sent.

Parking at Cophall is excellent in all respects. The Staff are courteous, the cars are safe & the transport to Gatwick very efficient. The whole operation is smooth & the price reasonable. I cannot recommend Cophall Parking highly enough.

As a regular user of this car park over a number of years we have always been impressed with the service, efficiency and speed of the booking in, transfers and collections. good staff, drivers and vehicles along with very competitive prices make this an excellent choice for anyone wanting off airport parking at Gatwick.

Friendly staff, had to wait roughly 20 minutes at reception even at 4am so not too sure what happened there. But the transfer was quick and easy and not too crowded.

We have come to accept the fact that we will receive first class service from you. We travel at anti social hours and still always get a friendly reception all be it in the middle of the night. Our driver John could not have been more courteous and his driving is excellent. The fact that he was once a chaufer, reflects in the smooth way he takes his passengers to and from the airport. First class we would never use anyone else. Thank you.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
