What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

On arrival, the girl at check-in wanted me to go over all my details again, despite having provided them when I booked. She refused to accept my return flight details and insisted that I show her my flight ticket as proof that what I had told her was true. There were no transfer buses at the car park when we arrived so had to wait for a while until they arrived back from the airport. Not really the "on-demand" service advertised and when we did set off, the driver seemed to drive very slowly. I'm all for safe driving, but this did seem a bit over the top ! On the return journey, the wait for the bus wasn't too long, but then the driver had to write everyone's names down on a piece of paper and then sit in his cab whilst he waited for the office to confirm that we were all OK to pick up before we were allowed to board. Overall, not as speedy and efficient as it used to be.

Hi thank you for your service.i was happy with the transport to the airport.and the greeting when i arrived.but on my return i found the young lady very rude and unhelpful.attitude came to mind !!!

The parking team were expecting us as we arrived. The transfer to the airport was almost immediate. On our return the collection was within 10mins of our phone call. The car was ready and waiting when we return back to the parking area. Efficient and smooth.

I could've only hoped our holiday was as good as the service I received from yourselves, but it wasn't. I was late for my flight & you picked my car up for me from the airport (yes at a small cost, but what doesn't cost?) to ensure we got away on time. I picked up my car last night with absolute ease. An absolutely quality service of which I will always use. Thanks.

Good service from your company - the only criticism would be something out of your control, but which you may have influence upon, and that is the trudge from the airport at the North Terminal, in all weathers, where at the South Terminal its all under cover, and just a quick walk across the road.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
