What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Everything went smoothly. Phoned up when we arrived back and after walking to the bus stop we only had to wait a few minutes for the vehicle to arrive to take us back to the car park.

Facility was fine & the car was ready & waiting in exactly the same state as when we dropped it off. However I dropped the rating to 3 stars because of the driver who picked us up on the way back. I spent most of the journey back trying to brake for him as he drove in an extremely aggresive manner far to close to the car in front, to the extent that he almost hit the car in front of us on one of the roundabouts.

A little slow from arriving at the car park (15 mins) for onward movement to the terminal. They also mixed up the terminal destination so we ended up going to South when all passengers wanted North. The return leg was swift, and no waiting time at all.

Having phoned, we only had to wait a couple of minutes for the bus at South Terminal but then we went to pick up two more couples from the North Terminal which involved a bit of waiting around. In all took over half an hour to get back to you which is much longer than expected.

Waited too long for ride back to arrive then it waited for ages for a meet and greet rep on the airport and why don't they drop you off outside the airport and not down the road

outward journey was great Return jopurney was a disater, followed the rules to the letter as we walked to the bus stop saw the bus drive off, then waited 20 plus mins when I phone again to be told that the driver has waited but we were not their, I totalt disputed this and was told the same story finaly I had to ask how much longer I would have to wait and that was another 12 mins, as a frequesnt user of yoyr bussines and have always praised you to others, my view of this comnpany has changed A reply on why would be apreceated

Ease of using this service was 2nd to none for me and my partner before and after our holiday. Rang the line at the end when we had landed, and they were there within 15 mins. Great to be able to walk out and get someone else to drive us to pick our car up. Thank you

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
