What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

You couldn't find a nicer more professional company to take excellent care of you vehicle while you're away. They even went way beyond the call of duty for me when I stupidly left my critically necessary sat nav in the car when flying out on an early morning flight. After a few short minutes wait it was brought to me on the next bus and delivered with a big smile. A super company which I couldn't recommend highly enough with just five stars who I will always use for future flights from Gatwick. They're location is easy to find, the trip to the airport is over in a few minutes and the mini buses are really frequent. I researched all the airport parking websites for quotes and Cophall came in at the best price by far. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.

Good overall service including free shuttle to terminal. Shuttles could have been more frequent, had to wait a while. Could be improved in this respect. Drivers were very smart in appearance and professional

Only problem this time was the pick up from the airport vans were full from north terminal only room for 2 people from the South waited 45 mins for our seats this is unusual have used before with no probs it was at a busy time

The check in process was slow and we had to wait for three buses before it was our turn so it was lucky we allowed plenty of time. However, the return from the airport was quick, with a bus waiting for us and our car ready for collection.

Excellent service....checked in with no hassle at all, mini van waiting and straight to South Terminal. Helpful staff both reception and drivers. Only slight "complaint" is that on return we were met and had to go to North terminal to pick up other passengers which is practical I realise, but late at night it added another 10-15 mins to journey back to car park. However, brilliant service, car waiting and would definitely recommend and use Cophall Parking again...thank you!

Absolutely fantastic!! We will definitely use Cophall parking again. All staff were incredibly friendly even though both ends of our traveling were at ungodly hours of the morning. A smooth experience from start to finish, great parking facilities and mini bus transfer, as well as value for money. Thank you!

An efficient and well organised operation. We dropped the car off quickly and mini van was waiting. Journey took longer than expected due to heavy traffic but no real problem. Pick up went equally as well - mini bus arrived within minutes of us getting to designated pick up point. All in all a good experience.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
