What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Found the car park very easy with the instructions that were given. Staff were very helpful, and transfer to airport was quick and dropped off at terminal in good time. On return was transferred back to car park after making phone call to say we were through customs and transport was there waiting for us for swift ride back to car park, would use this car park again and would definitely recommend it.

Very efficient and easy airport parking company. I would use Cophall parking again. There was hardly any wait for the transfer shuttle bus. The only downfall was that when I came to collect the car there was a fair bit of outside debris on the driver's side door mat, which I knew had been cleaned the day before. Wouldn't take too much time to clear that mess. Otherwise very happy. Good value too.

Great company and great system. I would have given it 5 stars, however just one thing on our return journey - We had a 20 mins wait from the time that I called for pick up, not 10mins as suggested. Other than a good service.

We were very pleased with your service, we found the quickness that we were dealt with helped towards making our holiday a pleasant one. The pick up after the holiday was equally prompt and there was not waiting to collect the car when returning to the car park. We will definately use your service again in the future.

Been using cop hall farm for many years now and always been a very good and efficient service. The only criticism is that Even with 15 per cent off it seems to be getting very expensive.

Very good service received, directions given to find the carpark were clear, the staff were very good and had no problem arranging for the bus to pick us up in the early hours of the morning to take us back, our car was already to go once arriving at the carpark, good value for money and would use this service again.

Could not fault them in any way. Easy to hand over the car to them, and leave it in their hands. Transport was all ready to take us to the airport, and was ready and waiting for when we got back. When we got back, they had the car already parked and ready for us to drive away in. Great company and would use them again.

parking very secure ,you are off to the airport in a very short time checking in is very quick and easy .on your return one phone call to the reception and within minutes you are back to the car park and on your way home .this is the only gatwick car park i have used and i feel very safe in leaving my car there and i think it is a very good price ,i will be using cophall parking again next year .

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
