What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

All went well until we got back. We departed from the North terminal, but came back to the south terminal. I phoned the office to check where the pick up point was at tye south terminal and was told bus stop 6. We then waited for almost half an hour for the bus to arrive as he thought that we were at the north terminal, and the pick up point was bus stop 7 not 6. It made our already late nightr home just that bit later.

Cannot fault the directions given, or the procedure when both leaving the car and picking it up on our return.. A reminder to take the lift down at Gatwick to bus stop on return, would have been useful!

Always use Cophall Parking Gatwick and will continue for the time being, but my last trip returning on 16th September was disappointing since I had to wait 30 mins between making my phone call and being collected. By the time we reached the car park a total of nearly 45 mins had passed by since I made my phone call, the staff were sincere in apologising but nonetheless I do not expect to wait that long.

We have used your airport parking twice now. First time great no problems whatsoever. this time when we went to board minibus we were asked to wait while our details were verified before being allowed to board which was a bit strange as you knew we were returning home and what time our flight was... That's how only niggle and we would use you again. Do you have a loyalty scheme for returning customers? Thank you

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
