What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

A very professional and efficent service throughout. 20 minutes from driving into their car park to arriving at T1; 20 minute wait for the pickup on the return. In amending my booking, booking my vehicle in, and driving me to and fro, I struggle to find areas they need to improve. I can count the number of reviews I've done on one hand - these guys deserve applause for delivering a superb product.

Very good, efficient service for the most part and I would recommend Cophall and use them again. The only small hiccup was a bit of a delay waiting for another set of passengers for the return from Gatwick. They didn't turn up, so the driver was eventually given permission to travel without them.

Had to wait 40 minutes on a very hot day to be collected from the north terminal by the shuttle bus which could only seat 8 passengers. The first bus that came collected 8 passengers and left us behind. For busy times a 15 seat minibus is needed. Other car park buses we saw passing were bigger and came and went more frequently. Otherwise your car park was easy to find, reasonably close to Gatwick airport and the staff were courteous and efficient.

The booking system is simple and confirmation is quick with great directions given. The transport to and from the airport is a little small, our party of 4 had to travel on seperate vehicles, larger busses would be better for passengers and lugguage. The first driver was miserable and unfriendly, who spoke so quietly no one could hear him when telling us about the return journey. The windows in the back were open and it was freezing for me and my toddler. On pick up the driver was waiting for us at the stop he also did not have the greatest people skills.We were all able to board the van, however another family who were already waiting had to wait for a second vehicle to come.

the service is good, great directions even though the pub name was wrong, however I understand the name has been changed quite recently ..I found the drivers very helpfull, putting cases etc in the boot for me.I WILL BE USING IT AGAIN FOR ALL MY TRAVEL NEEDS

Efficient service, transferred as soon as we arrived at 3am, on returning we called once we'd cleared customs and were picked up within 10 minutes. Our car was ready and waiting, keys collected and off we went. Great price too!

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
