What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

We have used Cophall Farm parking before and always been very happy with it. The only issue this time was that we had to wait over half an hour for the return shuttle to collect us from the airport. Still happy overall, but would be even happier if the service had been quicker.

A friendly and efficient operation which minimised stress. We should have made a note of the number of the airport bus-stop where we would be picked up on our return. Would it not be a simple matter to state this in advance? It would be helpful not to have ask for it.

Looking for the cheapest option for 4 to get to Gatwick from London first thing in the morning. just to get to the Gatwick express was expensive by taxi. To get up at some un godly hour and drive down was the cheapest option. Then we were lucky to get a discount on the booking at Cophall Parking Gatwick. Their bus to and from the airport was as they said every 15 minuets. Great start and finnish to the holiday.

We were very impressed with the service and transfer on arrival. Very friendly and efficient staff, and imediate transfer to the airport. I read on the website that it was a 5 minute transfer but this is an exageration. It is a good 10 mins at least. On return we were a bit disappointed that we had to wait 35 minutes from the point of calling the office to request pick up. 3 cophall parking buses arrived, but they dropped off passengers and drove straight away again. Despite this, I would still use this car park again as good value for money.

Excellent customer service throughout, with friendly, helpful staff - good service, with a smile! Efficient service from booking right through to collecting our car. When we phoned to say we'd arrived back at Gatwick, the minibus was already there, waiting for us! We'll certainly book with this company again, even though they're a bit further from the airport than some of their competitors, we were very impressed.

We have used this car park a few times as it always seems as if it is a safe environment to leave the car and reception etc is efficient. On a bit of a negative note, the bus that collected us back from airport was a little dirty, first time I have noticed that. Apart from that, always happy to use your facility

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
