What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Yesterday Sundy 14th July delays cos of traffic accident on the motor way!!However your driver knew alternative routes and delivered us to car park in excellent time very grateful.Then he told us routes to avoid the motorway holdups.I used his excellent advice and got home without holdups avoiding the JAM. Please pass on thanks for this brilliant service.Highly recommended

Fantastic service! Have never used a carpark before due to thinking it would be a bit of a pain, a family member had always done a drop off and collect. Our return flight meant we would need collecting at 6am and didn't think that would be very nice for a family member to collect us as they will have to come from Norfolk...on a Sunday morning!! The whole experience couldn't be easier and we didn't have to wait at all to be taken to the airport or on the return to the carpark, a mini bus was waiting for us each time!! Without a doubt, will be using them again

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. On the transfer back the driver told us about severe traffic problems and gave advice on how best to avoid the current 3 hour delays. We took his advice and were home in just over the expected hour! Thanks

We landed at LGW North instead of South and Cophall Farm willingly picked us up from that terminal and their service was very fast. The staff were most helpful and courteous and I would certainly use them again.

Efficient operation with polite staff and courteous drivers. However, we did have to wait at bus stop on return because the first minibus that came didn't have space. Another arrived within 10 minutes though. Will definitely book again.

A very positive experience and one now I have used, definitely one I will go back to. Staff and drivers could not have been more helpful. Very friendly and made to feel welcome when I got back. Can't say a bad word.

Although not Cophall's 'fault', we had terrible trouble finding their bus stop upon return/arrival into Gatwick South. When we came out of arrivals, we saw a sign for 'local bus services' which we followed, inaccordance with our interpretation of their instructions, all the way down into the middle of what was a 'building site' and when I phoned Cophall for help, they had no idea where we were! We had to find our own way back up to Arrivals, unassisted, and then be talked through to their further way bus stops, which seemed to be on the way to North terminal!! Shame, because otherwise a great service!

On previous times we have used your car park the transfer from the airport has been poor. ie long delay in pickup coach arriving. Big improvement this time -- KEEP IT UP. Also we noticed an improvement in the attitude of the reception desk personnel. Colin and Valerie Vogle.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
