What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

I was a little disappointed with delay on collection on our return as we had to wait approx 30 minutes and when the driver arrived he started loading customers who had just arrived rather than asking for names and loading those that had been waiting longest. Aside from that an all round great service.

Drop of and pick up of car is so close to reception it makes it easier with luggage maybe a bit further away from airport than other car parks but not a great distance really and the closeness of reception makes up for this

Everybody was helpful and friendly even when we returned after eleven at night. What impressed me was the minibus was waiting for us so we didn't have to hang around on a very cold night Will definitely use you again and recommend you to friends

Although this carpark seems 'out of the way', the instructions on how to get there are quite straight forward making it easy to find. I can't think of any negative comments to make about this carpark and we've used it several times. It's reliable, good value for money, safe and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The distance to airport was a bit further than what I thought, however returned to the snowy weather and was please that the engine was turned on with the heating on full which was nice.

Excellent customer service as always. We returned on a very cold and snowy night having experienced a 3 hour delay with our flight and the car was running, de-iced and warmed up ready for our long and unpleasant journey home. It was a delight to use CFP again!

I know it is not within your remit, but finding the bus stop when returning to Gatwick North is not so easy at night - more signs and illumination would probably help!

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
