What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Some airport parking companies offer car wash & valet services. I am not sure if this one does - but it would be nice to return to a washed car ! Overall the service offered was excellent, prompt collection and friendly drivers.

The desk and collection service was very friendly and efficient pity there was not any hand drying tissues in the toilet as the dryer was out of action, but the desk and collection service was very efficient, the cost of the parking and collection for our recent 7 day trip to Tunisia was very reasonable but the enquiry I made for our forthcoming 21 day trip to Corfu in May works out cheaper to hire a taxi

I have used this car park now for our last 8 holidays and would never use anywhere else when flying from Gatwick. It is always quick and painless and have never had a problem in the 4 years.

Very easy to book. 2 minute wait to leave from the facility to the airport. As promised the driver was waiting for us to pick us up. Finally the car was waiting 10 yards away and we were on the road within 2 minutes of arriving at the facility. And a fantastic price to boot!

It may not be ultra close to the airport, but with a short free shuttle ride, you are at the terminal! Friendly service with regular runs to the airport. The pick up came pretty quick on return as well after making a quick call to let them know we had landed. The walk from the Gatwick drop off to the terminal was quite long with a heavy bag but I'm sure there are usually some airport trolleys around nearby. Great service

absolutely no problem booking was easy. arrived at cophall farm parling late due to Traffic Problems.Booked in was on way to Airport within 10 minutes.On return phone call was answered quickly transfer bus was ariving just as we left terminal building. Staff at Cophall Farm were pleasant and helpful and both drivers were very helpful too.Good price paid for very good service. Would recomend to others based on this experience.

It was a great service, although the transfer back after the holiday wasn't great only because the driver was very rude and threw our bags around. I doubt he will be working there long. On the transfer out, our driver was excellent.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
