Everything ran very smoothly. The shuttle bus took us promptly after our arrival at Cophall Parking and dropped us at a convenient point at the airport. On return we had a shortish wait for the shuttle bus after we had phoned and the car was conveniently parked for collection. A good service that we have used before.

We have used Cophall Farm many times without problem. This time on arrival things seemed more hectic than usual but we were transferred in a perfectly reasonable time. Our return transfer was quick and smooth

As past customers we booked knowing that generally service was and still is as good apart from the driver on the return from North Terminal on 25th March in the early hours who drove like "A bat out of Hell" despite the roads being practically empty. The two front desk ladies in reception were very polite and friendly - a nice way to greet returning guests. THANK YOU

The parking process went well, we didn't have to wait too long for a bus when we dropped the car off and equalling it was quite prompt when we returned. We did however wonder why the driver didn't use the motorway on our way back. We found out later on our way home that it was because the road to the motorway was closed. It would have been nice if we had been warned of that road closure and perhaps the staff could have given us an alternative route instead of us wasting 30 minutes late at night getting lost!

Very smooth service. Directions to car park clear. Mini bus straight to the airport. On return we got on the wrong bus through no fault of Cophall (I blame a sleepless night) which took us out to Purple Parking, what an eye opener, very unpleasant, long journey standing all the way being battered by other peoples cases. So glad we booked Cophall, will definitely book again.

I have used Cophall Parking Gatwick over numerous times in the past month, their service is professional and friendly. Check in is seamless, the transfer to the airport is quick. The return transfer is as the same, I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes for the pick up to arrive at the bus stop to transfer back to collect my car.

This has been the 3rd time we’ve used the parking service. Every time the service is faultless, dropped off efficiently and collected promptly. Never had to wait more than 5 mins for a collection. That’s all you want from this type of service. Had thought of trying another firm, as we drive past Gatwick to get to Cophall parking, but I don’t believe anyone else could beat them. It’s worth the extra 5 miles.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
