What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

First time I’ve used cophall parking and it went well easy check in and only a few minutes wait for bus on return. Car was close to office on pick up and hadn’t any extra mileage on clock it must have stayed on site . Will certainly use again if price is competitive.

Of all the airport parking in all the world this is a good joint. Located so you miss a snarl up at Gatwick the worry of waiting for the bus to the airport is neatly mitigated by a fairly constant flow of buses. Same goes for the return. This is now my Gatwick staple.

Excellent service. Speedy check-in after drop off. Immediate forward on to airport. On return to England, fast pick-up after phone call to state back at airport, and thereafter quick handover of keys.

The car park is good and safe but unfortunately I got caught up in the drone problem at Gatwick .of which I had no control over so I got back 24 hours late. I was charged a surcharge of £10 which I thought was a bit harsh because there was nothing I could do about this.i have used this car park many times

We love Cophall parking and have been using it for years. The minibuses are small and frequent so no hanging about for ages; the drivers are really friendly as are the office staff. We'll be back!

Excellent service, polite and helpful drivers. Very prompt to collect you from airport. Only improvement I can think of it to offer a valet service whilst your car is left with them - I would have definitely taken up this offer. Will use again.

Have parked our car with these people for years. They give you a great service. From taking you straight to the airport without wasting time. Helping with a suit case, bringing your car as near as possible for you to load if it is wet. I would really recommend them.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
