What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

All good except that the shuttle driver drove like a madman !!! Much too fast, luggage in the back of the van sliding around constantly bashing into the van sides. We did not enjoy that part one bit. Please speak with your drivers. Other than that everything was slick & good.

Usually I’d give 5 stars but this time the bus had been called away on another pick-up and left empty leaving us waiting in the cold for approx 30 minutes with 6 children which wasn’t great unfortunately. I think some of the drivers had been sent home early and the driver we did eventually get had run out of phone battery power and needed to use my phone to say he was picking us up as we felt rather stranded! Apart from this occasion the service has always previously been very good.

The car park is good and well organized. However a bit far away from Gatwick. If you look for cheap option and don’t mind to be take some time to get in the airport is a good option. Unfortunately, I could have a better impression if I have no problems. When I back to London I promise to give a lift to a friend of mine but it was not allowed in the transfer. Other thing was the fact of driver throw my luggage in and out of the minibus. May be a bad day for him and consequentely to me.

Holiday 3.10.18 - 18.10.18 - Used several times now and have booked again for our next holiday. Great VFM and immediate transfer. 3mins. walk to Departure terminal (North) and they pick you up within a few mins of your call to them once you have cleared customs. No wandering around looking for your car - it's always ready and waiting for me - thanks

We use Cophall's without any hesitation. Everything has always run so smoothly for us. The office staff and drivers just make it a seamless experience. It needs to be tried to understand the difference to a more 'corporate' set-up.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
