What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

All went like a dream. Bus was there to take us to the North terminal when we arrived. Check in was quick. On the return we phoned up Cophall Farm parking and did not have to wait long. All in all a very good experience.

In spite of phoning on the return journey there seemed to be some confusion on our driver's part as to whether his van was intended for us.

Prompt and efficient service. Car received back in the same condition as when I left it. Friendly staff. Perhaps could put on booking confirmation forms/emails in future the Bus Bay number at both North and South Terminals where airport transfer will pick you up on your return to the country. It can be a case of 're-orientation' and 'jet lag' which makes returning travellers slightly confused? Adding this information would be most helpful.

Make sure you have your return details and landing time to hand when you get there because although you do enter these details when you originally book online, they ask you for them again when you get to reception to check them - however they do not state in their confirmation emails that you need to bring any extra info/details.

Reception staff and drivers friendly. Transfers quick and efficient, use of minibuses rather than coaches means you don't have to wait too long for other passengers, or go via the terminal you're not using.

Generally really good as always. Only problem was after holiday,token wouldn't fit in slot. By the time I'd managed to get back in car to belt up, barrier had dropped.Had to run back to office to get another.Staff then explained need to put token in at particular angle.Ran back to car.Luckily guy waiting behind me was supportive! Could have done without this,as dead of night.

Had great difficult in understanding the receptionist on returning home to find out where the bus would pick up, it took several phone calls to confirm where. It would have useful to have had this confirmed at departure and ben given something as a reminder.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
