What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

An excellant service that we use every time we fly from Gatwick. We have always had a curteous transfer driver and they are very pleasant and helpful. The booking is easy and the front desk staff on arrival and return are always polite and cheery. I would recommend this parking to any one departing from Gatwick.

Arrived at 6am. Slight pain to find, but I mean slight (no sat nav and no one to read map for me). After that all went perfectly. Parked outside reception. They were expecting me. They had a clean loo. They took my keys and briefly inspwcted the car. Their guy was ready and waiting to shuttle me to Gatwick South. Journey took 10 minutes but was comfortable. Return was just as efficient and easier to find way out to the M23. Will use every time. And was 20% cheaper than nearest competitor.

We have used your car park whenever we fly from Gatwick. We find the service good and stops us worrying about the connection to the airport.

Mix up with car keys on arrival caused some concern. Man parking car could not make key work, think it should have been car beside us he should have moved. However no resolution before we had to leave for airport.

Cophall Farm is a very easy car park to access from M23. The staff in the office were helpful and efficient. We only had to wait a few minutes for the transfer bus to set off for the airport. The driver was friendly and loaded and unloaded our cases for us. On our return home at 11pm the service was equally good. The price was also one of the cheapest we could find.

It really needs to have a bigger sign to let you know where the turning is. We arrived about 2am and drove past it 3 times.

The dropping off of the car and getting to the airport was fine, however on the way back there was a mix up and we ended up waiting 35 minutes to get picked up, not ideal when you're getting in at midngiht on a Sunday! They were apologetic about it when we got back to the car park.

Always use you & always 100% happy with your company. Always recommend you aswell. Even when we got the pick up area wrong you sent out 2 buses to look for us.We can go on holiday & know the car is 100% safe &we will be looked after on our return home.

On arrival at Cophall Farm we noticed an offer for a 'meet and greet service' on your return from holiday for £10. As we were coming home at silly o'clock we paid for this option. We were given a special phone number to call once we had landed and got our bags, then were given instructions of where to meet my car. Which was ready and waiting for us not far out of arrivals. Cophall Farms instructions to find them were very good as our sat nav didn't get us to the correct place but with their instructions we were able to find our way in the dark and rain. Booked in quick and efficient and after a short wait in the reception we were transferred to the airport in a mini bus. A journey of about 10 mins A quick and efficent service that I would use again. The £10 meet and greet service was well worth it.

This time they were slower than usual to come and pick up at the airport but it was rush hour and there were roadworks between the terminals. Re the facilities at the car park. This is difficult to score as we are never there long enough to use any as process is so quick

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
