It is hard to get excited about a car park but the service was everything described and provided with a smile. A bonus for us was a short wait for the shuttle on our return after collecting luggage which is most welcome after a long flight.

I've used this car park several times before and I've never had anything but a good experience. I like the fact that the car is kept on site and not driven to another site some distance away. The team running the car park are very helpful and friendly, and always have the documentation required to hand when I arrive. I've never had to wait more than 7-8 minutes for a bus to take me and my luggage to the requisite terminal - though sometimes I've had to wait up to 20 minutes after I've phoned requesting a pick-up to take me back to my car; My car has always been returned to me in the state (and at the mileage) in which I left it there - and when I picked it up early in the evening on 28 December, my front and rear windscreens and side windows had all been cleared of ice. Nice!

Would really recommend Cophall parking. Everything went to plan both ways. Shuttle bus prompt and the staff excellent. The reception was friendly and courteous even at 5am and the bus staff were efficient, polite and very helpful. Would use this service again

Have used several Parking companies in the past around Gatwick and other areas but the efficiency of the staff and accuracy of information have been major reasons why we habitually return. The rating shows one star, I wouldn’t have rated it that high given a choice. Waited 45 minutes for return bus and seeing other collection companies arriving every 15 minutes or so. On collection of keys was told to see a ‘supervisor’ if we were unhappy with service, what difference that would have made who knows....Would I use this company again? Not a chance. The company logo on front of bus stated ‘service with a smile’ too right.. they are laughing at us...

we were very disappointed this time we have been using cophall parking and recommending them for many years but this time was not a good experience with you as firstly we had a very long wait to be taken to airport as they decided to use a coach we were going to south terminal and when we did eventually set off they took us to north terminal first and when we got to south terminal they were actually dropping off passengers that were not even at the parking when we left. then to top of bad start when we got home our car had obviously been out at the front for a long time and the windscreen wipers were stuck with ice to the screen even though it was only about 10 pm other times it has been fine even when it has been much colder and later will think twice about using in future

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request.
