What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

We travelled in the early hours of the moring .The service eas fast we soon got transported to the airport.It was not busy .very little verbal communication. The park has no where to st if it is busy I did not see any clear signs for the toliet .Coming ho.e it wS more busy but the car was all in good condition. I would use it again

All worked very well. Thank you. With increasing traffic issues would be good to have alternative route directions avoiding M23. We needed to find our own way last week due to problem and actually worked fine but that was due to a savvy map reader in the car. Not everyone will have that luxury. Especially as you indicate the postcode is not good in SatNav.

Easy to use and very short wait for mini bus in both directions. Only small Complaint is that has to wait for car on return as defrosting and front car park full but only 10 mins.

Excellent service. Was a bit sceptical when driving to the car park as it seemed quite a distance,I was totally wrong. Efficient check in, less than 5 mins to wait for a quick transfer to north terminal. On return, less than 5 min wait for pick up. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Have used Cophall several times over the years and have always had great service. Check in, transfers and check out are speedy with friendly staff at all hours of the day or night. Booking through FHR was even cheaper than booking direct which was a real bonus.

A bit disappointed that it took an hour from ringing to be picked up to when we got back to car park after waiting to be picked up, waiting on the bus for more passengers, then being taken to south terminal to pick up. Otherwise happy.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
