What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Arriving at Gatwick to a very chilly evening (30/11/2017) we were turned away from the first FHR people carrier. We waited for a further few minutes before being picked up by the next FHR vehicle, not too long atall. Always an efficient and reliable service given.

Used Cophall Parking again. Likes: Easy to book online. Reasonable price. Quick efficient service at office when dropping of & collecting. Regular shuttle service with polite drivers. Car brought near to office on return. Our only dislike: On return, the shuttles come and go, sometimes half empty but the drivers will not take you, as you are not on their list. This is frustrating to all customers made to wait, especially late at night and in the cold. This could be improved by better communication between the office and drivers.

I have to say, I love Cophall Airport Parking. We have used it several times over the years and I think the quality of service has improved. It has always worked very well for us but seems even more efficient. The staff are pleasant and the handover is quick. It's good to know the car is safely stowed away while we're out of the country. The only negative comments I could make is our last pick up driver seemed tired, tense and it caused an 'in van atmosphere'. Also LBC with Nigel Farage was our listening. It was a provocative choice as it had a strong political discussion being aired. If it was my company I would have opted for a generic music channel.

Due to medical reasons my flight was refused on the day and had to return to FHR collect my car and return the next day, this was no problem to these people and no extra charge, they are so understanding and obliging.

Quick drop off & checkin process, then taken straight dome the airport which was about a 10 minute drive...add a few minutes if they are dropping off someone at the other terminal first. On pickup I called them up when walking off the plane, and they arrived at the pickup point (airport bus stop) at the same time that I did. Drivers & check in staff were all friendly and helpful, all in all a great service.

First class! Staff friendly and transport from the car park to the airport was ready and waiting. The transport from the airport back to the car was also efficient. The car only moved 0.4 miles so was parked close to the drop off point. Have used before and will use again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
