Easy drop off. Straight onto mini bus to the airport. It looked like they had a considerable fleet so regular service for drop off and pick up. All staff smart, professional and courteous. I will definitely use again.

Very easy to book, competitive rates as off airport but regular transfers mean that you are at the airport within 30 mins from dropping you car off. Return pick up very smooth, a bit of a walk to the pick up point which might be a problem if you have children and lots of luggage but for us it was not a problem. The vehicle was ready and waiting and left promptly via a quick additional pick up at the South Terminal. If you are looking for a cheaper parking option and are prepared to suffer longer shuttle times then I would definitely recommend.

Always very good for parking but they need to sort out there pick up system at Cophall as I was at the pick up point a good 10 minutes before other people arrived and they were picked up before us

This could so easily have been a much better experience had we been given the card others appear to have been given advising what to do upon return - or if this information had been provided on the booking confirmation email. As it was we waited at the Cophall pick up point for 10 minutes before being made aware by another customer that we needed to call for collection. When we called - at midnight - we were told the transfer would be with us in 12 minutes. We were not actually picked up for a further 25 minutes - despite 3 shuttles coming and going during this time. To each of these we gave our name but all told us we had to wait for another shuttle - all this despite others getting on without their names apparently showing up. In all this meant we were delayed by approximately 45 minutes longer than we should have been travelling as we did without hold baggage. An experience we could have done without after an already long and late journey

A good setup with friendly staff and good transfers. It is a little far from the airport but it wasn't a problem for us. A car cleaning service as an option would be nice, my car had gathered some dirt while parked there for 3 weeks.

We’re regular customers and value the efficiency and friendliness of your staff. Normally we would rate 5 stars as the value for money and treatment we receive is outstanding. However, this time I was a little annoyed that there were two people at the desk and only person serving. The gentleman in front of me was being waited for by the bus driver and had to ask for his key to be taken and our bus had to leave without us. Perhaps I was already a little grumpy because it was very early in the morning but this has never happened before so I wanted to bring it to your attention.

Was very pleased with cophall parking it was easy to get there after following the directions which were sent to me and being advised of a better route to follow due to roadworks being done on the alternative route this was most helpful. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the bus left promptly and regularly and on our return we just phoned the receptionist and our bus picked us up within about ten minutes. Our car was parked up ready to go. I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Did as it said. Polite, quick and helpful clearly spoken staff. Very little waiting for the shuttle minibus of which there appeared to be many. Was initially concerned that the park seemed a long way from the terminal but with no wait and quick service it was no slower than the on-site parking. Many thanks.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
