You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Cophall personel were, as usual profesional and polite.the car was in the same condition as we left it, so no complaints there. .Cophall is easy to find and the bus service is prompt.. the only reason for 4 stares not 5 is that the toilet condition leaves a lot to be desired.

The service was fine going out but the return was not so good we rang when we got into the baggage hall as instructed and was told that there would be a bus waiting for us but as we got there we were told it was full and would have to wait for the next one well that took another 30mins to appear and when we got on we were told there was no air condition in the bus and no windows to open in the back the temperature was 33 c so we were not impressed. When I rang for the second time to check where the bus was I was told that they were very busy and the traffic was bad, well if you know you are very busy surly the best thing to do is to keep sending the busses not to wait 30mins and then two come along.

This car park is excellent. When you drop off your car you leave your keys at Reception, then board a free minibus that takes you to Gatwick Airport. You are given a card with a phone number and on your return, phone up and the minibus appears at the off-airport car parks bus stop. We waited about 15 minutes from phoning up from the bus stop, well-after midnight. If you phone earlier, as instructed, the wait should be less. Pick up your keys from Reception at the car park, then you're on your way!

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
