What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Quick and easy to book online; provide a very efficient and professional service; their mini buses are so frequent that you don't usually have to wait for them, in fact, they're usually waiting for you! Only 10 minute journey to airport in a clean mini bus with helpful friendly drivers. Their valet service parks your vehicle and keeps it secure while you're away, and is then brought to the front gates ready for your departure when you get back, so no trawling through 1000s of cars trying to find where you left it at the airport! Very fair price considering that the alternative is paying the onsite airport car parking charges, working out where you're meant to be parking your vehicle and finding a space (probably miles away anyway!) and the inconvenience of getting from the mammoth car parks to the correct terminal yourself! And you don't need to worry about your vehicle getting broken into or scratched as Cophall valet service parks all the vehicles in their secure car parks. We would never hesitate to recommend Cophall Parking Gatwick and will continue to use them.

Been Parking with this company for quite a few years and never experienced any problems. Pick up and Drop off zones are explained and calling for the provided Transport, whilst dependent on Airport Traffic levels, is very slick and comfortable. If you are looking for a reliable and efficient operation this is the one for you.

No difficultes whatsoever. Have used Cophall before with no problems and on this occasion (Ten days in St. Lucia) there were no problems.The entire process from Internet booking, clarity of information, arrival At Cophall, friendlineess of staff,and handover of keys was seamless. The shuttle to The airport was prompt and problem free. Similarly collection and return to collect car was. Straightforward. Challenge me to think of a problem and I would be unable to come up with anything!

I like that the driver loads and offloads your luggage, the bigger busses of other companies are a struggle getting your luggage on and off Staff friendly and efficient Reason for 4 stars distance from airport, (but not a real problem), just another 10mins.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
