What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Easy to find,coach ready to take to airport directly after check in at reception. Called on return to inform them case had been picked up. We were on way back in coach to pick up var within 10 mins of call. Will definately use again and fully recommend.

Picked up my car at 9pm it was parked in darkest corner of car park ,no wonder when inspected following day in daylight it is covered in mud on outside and drivers well thick with muddy boot marks covering the carpets ,I am not very happy,We have used Cophall Parking for last 5 years 3 times a year but never had this kind of thing happen before "very disappointed "

A very convenient airport parking location. Helpful staff and a quick comfortable mini bus journey to the terminal. Particularly impressed that we didn't have to wait at all for the mini bus on our return, perhaps we were lucky! But if not well done it makes such a difference especially when it's cold.

Very efficient service and good on collection as well. It is good that having telephoned the office to advise of arrival the pick-up drivers have the names of the passengers, especially when there are a lot to be collected.

Very efficient and speedy service, close to Gatwick. When we dropped our car off, we were going to the Hilton hotel attached to the South Terminal and the driver took us to the hotel front door rather that simply dropping at at the Terminal. Very courteous. On our return which was delayed by 5 hours due to technical problems, by the time we arrived at Gatwick (after 2300) the temperature was -2C. Cophall Parking took the trouble to start our engine so our car was nice and warm and our windows had defrosted. Extremely thoughtful and most welcomed as I had expected to be scraping the windscreen etc before setting off. I highly recommend Cophall Parking.

I have used this particular service on and off for a long time, but I have found it to be consistently a good service. As a general rule I travel as a lone female traveller, and it works well for me, knowing that the bus comes within 15/20 mins of the call to say one is back at the airport, awaiting transport back to my own vehicle, which is always ready and kept safe.

Excellent service all round. From reception prior to departure to airport delivery and return arrangements the service was prompt, punctual and efficient. Only slight complication arose from inserting the coin to raise the barrier on departure.It was soon clear that the coin needed to be inserted in a particular way but it may be helpful if this is pointed out to departing customers

From the booking to the return trip everything was excellent. No waiting around, efficient friendly drivers and my car was waiting ready for me on my return right outside the booking office. What more could you ask? Would definitely use them next time!

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
