What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

We always use Cophall these days when flying from Gatwick. Good value for money, minimum waiting times, excellent staff . We like the fact that our luggage is stored and we then get a seat on the bus. Much more civilised way to start a holiday than having to shove and push finding a space for the cases.

Excellent service and value for money. Absolutely no problems, parked car, got on bus and was in the terminal building within about 15 mins. Coming home, phoned to let Cophall know we were back and through customs, short walk to bus stop #7 and the bus was waiting for us. Short drive back to car park and car was ready and waiting and even de-iced as it was -4c that day we were very grateful for that. Picked up keys, loaded cases and on the road in about 5 mins max. Highly recommend Cophall, have used before and will certainly use them again.

We have used Cophall Parking for the last 6 years always booked through FHR and found them to be the best... Very reasonable cost and simple to use...Free transport to and from the terminals with friendly helpful staff both in the office and on their minibus. We shall continue to use them especially whilst they remain such good value for money.

I can think of only one way that you could possibly improve your service. I have C.O.P.D. and I found it extremely hard to make it to the bus stop on our return to Gatwick. Perhaps for people like myself collection could be made nearer the exit doors of the terminal. It was one thing trying to walk from the plane to passport control and then luggage reclaim which was for someone with breathing problems like a marathon, and then make it to the bus stop was really hard. Other than that a great service.

We have parked with Cophall for a number of years. Our experience in September 2016 was good until collection from North Terminal when we waited approx 25 min. Not too bad on a sunny afternoon. Yesterday on a cold December afternoon not so good. a 35 minute wait. Having called to be advised bus would be despatched and a further call to say it was on its way, l was not impressed. The advertising states bus on demand 10 minutes away.

it is a brilliant car park for long stay, always polite and organise and I like the fact that when you phone when you get through customs this is the order that they pick you up. so when you been waiting for 10minutes the ones just came to the bus stop think they can push in and get on before you. they bring the car forward to near reception so havant got far to put baggage in. defrost the cars. service is A1 thank you again used this car park for many years.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
