What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

great service we got back to gatwick at 10.30 last night and it was -4 degrees BHRRRRRRR we were picked up right off plane and when we got to Cophall farm the cars were all started and running to warm up and clear windows Thats what I call service

Going out I was first on the bus and had to wait 30 minutes before setting off for the airport and although I was asked which terminal I was going to, the driver went to the opposite terminal first. I was not impressed, especially having to wait so long and then not being dropped off first.

One star lost because the return driver was driving like an idiot. Undertaking and overtaking at great speed (don't know what the rush was). Almost had an accident while trying to overtake a van on the slip road. The van needed to stop and we almost hit it in the rear. Your driver had to make an emergency stop. Other than that the service you offer is superb.

Very good service, had to change the booking due to flight change but was no problem at all, drop off and pick up service was very fast, very friendly drivers both ways, car was not dirty, plenty space to unload and load the car with heavy suitcases,

Would definitely use this company again. I think the car park is about 10mins from the airport but don't be put off by this. This company is very good. Very professional, clear instructions re: taking me to the airport and collection once I arrived back. It is great your car is waiting for you when you arrive back and you don't have to collect your car after being dropped off at a bus stop.

The staff could not have been more helpful. The car park is a little further out than most but the transfer buses leave promptly and we were prepared for the extra transfer time in order to make a saving.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
