Everything good as normal though reception could be a bit more attentive as to who arrives first to deal with as appears a bit haphazard. They seem to deal with who they like the look of. Poor. Pick up was a bit chaotic. !st van turned up - our names not on the list 2nd van turned up - 'agreed' to pick us up. Music far too loud. Price however as ever - competitive

The transfer to the airport was very good but I felt when we arrived back at gatwick and I phoned cophall farm to be picked up we seemed to wait a good 15 to 20 minute's before there bus came in and he didn't have our name on his list but he was nice enough to take us anyway so for that I only gave them 4 stars this time

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.
