What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Very curtious drivers both journeys - car park easy to find following directions given, 15 minute journey out of the airport. Had to wait about 20 minutes for pick up upon return.

Very handy for the airport, and the staff were helpful and polite. After phoning to say I'd arrived, the minibus started on it's journey to pick me up as it was less than 15 minutes until its arrival.

The arrangements of the parking and our trip to the Cophall site was very good and the receptionist was very professional. However, we were disappointed that we had to wait 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport, which meant further delays for our onward travel back home. I was also shocked by the quality of the minibus that picked us up, which had no logo and was very grubby on the inside. The driver was not very welcoming and it felt that we were an inconvenience to him. He then proceeded to drive in quite frankly a dangerous manner with our luggage going all over the place. Overall, I was disappointed with the return journey experience and may not choose to use your services in future as a result.

Cophall Parking at Gatwick was great from the time we got there till the time we pick the car up. This was from the staff in reception and minibus drivers to airport, and when we got back to Gatwick we made the call and the minibus was with us in 5 minutes and our car was waiting for us. Very good service and will use them again and again.

first class service time and time again. checked in and was on the transfer within minutes. on way home passed through passport control,quick phone call and was back at the car in no time at all. my only gripe is that my car must of been parked under a tree because it was covered in loads of little sap drops..took me ages to get off my car (metallic black).

All easy & good service but on our return we couldn't get through on the number given for calling from a mobile. We were even trying when already at the bus stop! Eventually we tried the 0800 number (supposed to be used from a landline) & got through first time!

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Questions

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
