What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

We could not fault the service that we received from Cophall Parking at Gatwick, it was easy to find the car park and the process of checking in and collection of vehicle were conducted efficiently. We were mindful of recent stories about 'Meet & Greet' car parks so we checked our vehicle carefully before leaving - no problems or excessive usage. Our only bug bear was a delay in contacting the car park on our return to Gatwick, I had blamed my mobile phone which had no signal inside the airport and then kept cutting out once we were outside the terminal building. I resorted, eventually, to using a BT telephone kiosk to make contact and was told that the mini bus would collect us within 15 minutes. It turned out that other passengers were also having problems making contact with Cophall Parking and one person had the forethought to step into the road and there found that a notice with a third contact number had been placed on the road side of the bus stop! (Not wishing to get run over by other passing coaches and taxis I had not stepped into the road.)

This secure parking service is efficient and effective, I usually travel on my own(and occasionally with my husband who is elderly). The directions to find the parking are clear and easy to follow, and on return phoning to get the pick up bus is also very easy. I will continue to use this service and recommend it to friends/family.

Great!! We were late back, our flight was delayed and arrived at 2.30am, we were collected almost immediately from the terminal and everything ran smoothly as usual. This is about the 5th or 6th year we have used this car park. Book early for a really reasonable price too!

I use Cophall Parking whenever flying from Gatwick. The staff are friendly and helpful, the transfer to and from the airport is approximately 15 to 20 minutes and it is reasonably priced... What more could you want? Always my go to long stay parking!

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
