What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Very friendly service. Easy check in process. On return was a little frustrating as there was a bus at the stop but unable to take us as named guests only, this meant we had to wait much longer. In the time we were waiting two other buses went by from a competitor. Made them look more attractive.

Everything worked well - delivery to the airport was convenient, the car was waiting for me on the way back, the minibus appeared and found room for me, I got my keys back, everyone was very polite and helpful. I can't think of any way that the service could be improved.

Have been using Cophall Parking for some years now and every time it exceed our expectations. The staff are so cheerful as we always book an early flight and it's so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and friendly helpful staff. Would recommend this parking every time as so straight forward.

again Cophall delivered friendly helpful and great service . Just a small moan felt like was being lectured rather than informed that as we were returning after midnight will be charged for parking. for that day but hey.... it was late .... and perhaps the receptions was a bit tired ...

Booking was very easy and the car park was well signposted. The staff were efficient and polite. The reason for our lower rati g is that we had to wait for half an hour to be picked up from the airport. The first bus was full and the second was going from north to south terminal. The driver could give no reason for the delay and just said to contact the office. The driver of the third bus did ring the office and was given the reason for the delay but other clients waiting with us were given no explanation when they rung the office prior to the third bus arriving. This family said it had been an hour since they notified the office that they had arrived.

Fantastic service, delivering a quality product at a competitive price. From the ease in using the FHR website to book my car parking at Gatwick to returning to the Cophall car park in a spotlessly clean minibus driven by a most courteous and helpful driver and my car awaiting collection outside the reception office.i can't think of any improvements. Thank you and I will certainly recommend FHR & Cophall for the service they deliver

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
