What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Used Cophall many times with no issue but this time I called on return to be informed we would have at least a 15 min wait, we made our way to pick up point to see a bus departing with 1 person on it. I tried to wave down the driver but he would not stop, we ended waiting over 25 mins. Not life or death but seemed strange !

yet again Cophall parking, Gatwick has come up trumps. Flight back from Barcelona was 1/2 hr early, plus at wrong terminal. No problem for them. Minibus back to parking area arranged no fuss. Many thanks.

Company landline not working when I returned. Alternative cell phone provided on departure was answered but staff too quick to put down phone without imparting any info although I could hear them. It took two different phones 5 calls to connect and obviously no info provided to driver which resulted in pickup vehicle driving empty by and need for further call as no contact with driver. Messy!

Found the location based on the information which was given in the email as my satnav took a slightly different route. Turned up at 3am staff were happy and efficient and we were on the way to the airport within 5 minutes. Only took 5-10 minutes to get there so was massively convenient and cheaper than a lot of alternatives I saw online. Upon a lot trivet back into England after collecting bags, rang the number given and the driver was there in 5 minutes. Went into reception to collect the keys which was swift and simple. My car actually wouldn't start but the guys there managed to jump start it and got me on the road home so got a little extra than what I paid for. Have no faults or complaint, quick easy and professional and will recommend to anyone who doesn't wanna pay the premium of asking directly at the airport

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
