What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Have used Cophall several times and always been a reliable and efficient service. I usually give them 5 stars but on this occasion the customer service was lacking both on our arrival and departure. All staff were not particularly friendly and did not give service 'with a smile'. Even the drivers, whom although very efficient barely said a word to any of the passengers. Unusually we weren't even asked if we had a good holiday. The booking process with FHR was excellent and would given them 5 stars.

We have used Cophall Parking at Gatwick several times now and find them to be very efficient and courteous with minimum wait for pick up to and from the Airport. The car parking is very secure in gated premises. Will definitely use them again.

It is so easy to book, reception is efficient with all details ready to hand, the drivers are very polite and helpful, transport to Gatwick is quick and comfortable, I have the knowledge that my car will be parked in a secure area where there will not be any vandalism and my car is always parked at the front on my return, the girls at reception know exactly where customers cars are parked ready for the off.

Very disappointed with the service. The mini bus which hold 8 people is not adequate enough for the volume of people using the service. We were kept waiting 25 mins on our outward journey and 20 minutes on our return as they couldn't fit anymore on the bus. Also when returning to our car it had thick ice on the windscreen, it wouldn't have taken much for someone to spray some de-icer on the cars as that's the last thing you want yo do after hanging around late at night/early hours of the morning in the freezing cold waiting for there very poorly run bus service.

Positively the easiest way of leaving a car at Gatwick . Better I suggest than parking on the airport site as there was no delay going and only a few minutes returning . Don't feel the need to look elsewhere .

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
