Good service, well run. Only down side was each transfer was very crowded of the bus. Cases stacked everywhere difficult to get on and off. Driver helpful with getting luggage off the buses.

Probably the most efficient service we have experienced in many years of travelling and parking our car near an airport. BTW we fly at least five times a year from a variety of airports! Easy booking, excellent value for money, quick journey to the airport and the most important, when we arrived back the transport was waiting outside! We hopped straight on the bus and back in our car in less than 15 mins! Delighted customer!

We have used CPG and APH many times as they are conveniently located to the east of the M23 , and on a direct route from Lindfield , Lewes etc . We tend to go with CPG as they are smaller and normally cheaper . Full marks yesterday as they had cleared the snow off the car .

Pick up from airport was terrible. 45 minutes waiting in 4 degrees with 2 babies... The driver just passed and didn't pick up anybody! Next driver had small van and picked 5 people.... Poor communication between office and drivers . Everything else is fine. About car park - brilliant!

All straight forward to booking in the car to calling to let them know I was back. Yes there is a delay due to a short wait for other passengers and the journey, but as they commented, if you leave time it is all straight forward. Not a long drive to and fro from the airport so was back at the car quite quickly. Thank you

Parking for the outward journey was efficient and well organised. However, our experience on return was poor as the vehicle sent to collect so many people and luggage from both South and North terminals was wholly inadequate. Whilst the vehicle had sufficient space for the number of people it had virtually no space for luggage meaning it had to be placed in the area reserved for wheelchairs, on or by seats and in the gangway.

We have used this car park several times in the past with no problems and our transfer to the airport was fine as we had a minibus to ourselves, and the driver helpfully loaded/unloaded the luggage for us. On our return we were last onto a crowded bus and the driver expected us to stand in the aisle with our luggage as the seats were mostly occupied by just one person plus their luggage as there was limited storage space available. Thankfully a very kind man moved to allow us to sit down. My complaint on our return to the office was curtly shrugged off. As the transfer is on local roads plus the M23 motorway it is a major safety concern that passengers are expected to stand and not provided with both a seat and seat belt and adequate luggage storage facilities let alone any help as with a minibus transfer. This very poor transfer would deter us from considering booking with this company again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
