The whole trip was good but just it took half hour wait in return from airport to car park in chill weather were as aph and purple buses made two round so I feel for return need to be more quick service

This was very good from start to finish , when we arrived everything was explained, we received a code and number to contact on our return, we was then dropped off at the terminal. On our return we contacted cophall gave our code and waited at stop 7 and the minibus turned up in 10 mins on our return our keys were returned and we was off.

Slick operation as ever. Arriving back really late at night it was great to see the transport already waiting as we wheeled our cases along to the bus stop. Very chirpy driver welcomed us all back to the UK. We were off home in no time

We have used this car parking facility in the past but felt the service had declined. On our evening return we had to wait 35 minutes to be picked up from the airport. There were several other rather irate peoople waiting to be picked up and we were loaded into the minibus without a word of apology.

Very pleased with the service offered, arrived at the site at 4 am office staff booked us in very efficiently and we were on our way to the terminal in a matter of minutes. On our return rang the office on the number provided and only waited a matter of minutes before transport arrived at the pick up point to take us back to the car park, collection of my car was very easy and efficient, would use this site again

The vehicle that came to pick us up had Maple Parking on the sides. It was only the driver calling out my name that gave me a clue that it was Cophall Farm! Prices have increased considerably. Will shop around.

The website was user friendly and easy to book a reservation. On arrival we were greeted by friendly and helpful reception staff. There was only a few minutes wait before we were transported to the airport, the driver was cheerful and chatty. On returning from holiday, the process of a quick call to the centre with a reference number, the friendly member of staff gave us clear instructions as to where the transport would collect us, again it was only a few minutes before the transport arrived. The Driver was joyful and enquired about out holiday. on arriving back at the parking, the staff were friendly and again gave clear information as to where our vehicle would be

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
